Accomplishments:

• Met with CLAS and COPH to review Departmental/Collegiate wide summary report prototypes.  Identified data requirements for STAR METRICS project.
• Completed the Payroll data cleansing for Payroll Summary report and drill down capability.

Next Steps:

• Finalize testing of payroll drill down capability and Payroll Summary report.
• Review preliminary Departmental/Collegiate wide reports with stakeholders.  Enhance and/or add additional reports.  Determine distribution methodology.
• Finalize and submit STAR METRICS data sets for quarter ending March 31, 2013. 
• Determine strategy to load additional STAR Metrics data.
• Finalize modifications to improve use of institutional roles.
